Why will this guy meet me without a picture?

I'm a virgin in my 20s and I posted an ad on craigslist to get rid of my virginity, explaining that I was fat and inexperienced. A guy in his 30s replied and sent a picture, and has been talking to me through e-mail for a few days. He said I was courageous for posting that ad, that he understands it can be an awful feeling to be and not know what to do with it, and that he wants to meet me. I mentioned alcohol and he said he'd bring white wine and that this should be a celebration. How can I tell if he's a nice guy offering to help me get over my awkwardness with guys, and my virginity, or if he's a murderer? I thought it was weird that he didn't ask for a picture first, and when I mentioned maybe introducing ourselves on webcam first, he said that we could, or that I could send a picture, but that he kind of wanted to add to the something (I don't remember what word he used), that it would make it more memorable for me, or something, and that it was for the right reasons, not for horrible reasons, which he said I umed. He said he would take me to dinner and a movie first if I wanted, and I told him that I thought this was a cheap and pathetic thing and didn't want to embellish it with feigned dignity. So I've basically been negative, and he's been saying it should be a celebration. He also said that since he can't father children anymore due to an injury, and since his doctor recommends he tests for HIV every 6 months and he's negative, that he doesn't really want to use a condom and ruin the moment, unless I insist. So is this: A.) A compionate guy who will have pity with me, which is part of the reason he doesn't want a picture, B.) A guy who can't get laid, but will settle for me being inexperienced if it gets him , C.) A murderer who's pretending to want , or D.) A guy with a virgin ?
