Why does Crosby get away with embellishing penalties so much?

Good for Lundqvist to call him out last night, for all of Crosby's natural talent he has always embellished calls and gotten away with it. He doesn't do it as much as he used to, but he still does. Why won't the ref's call him for diving? He's being called out by peers; Lundqvist, he's been called out by Jagr in the past, even Brodeur a couple years ago...
