Has anyone researched the illegal confiion of guns in Post-Katrina New Orleans by Mayor Nagin?

This isnt a hypothetical, it happened, I just want to bring it up so those of us who havent heard of it can do some research, and maybe those familiar can comment on it. Interesting how the mainstream media isnt still reporting on this blatant trampling of the 2nd amendment. Also, any ideas why wasnt Nagin prosecuted criminally?
