Did you know the USA was founded on Jewish law, Congress says it was?
Congress can say a lot of things, but that don't make 'em true. Firstly the seven laws of Noah, in Judaism, are considered binding on ALL people's because they are not Jewish Law. Noah predates Judaism, which starts with God's covenant with Abraham. Secondly, regardless what Congress may say in a non-binding resolution, the founders were drawing a great deal on English Common Law (the roots of which predates Anglo-Saxon conversion to Christianity) and upon Roman and Athenian ideals, as well as material from the Judaic Codes and canon Law.
