My two cents are that you shouldnt cut off all communications because she may want to contact you. She is probably to into her studies right now and its a big thing for some people because it may be hard for them to do school work. That moment was a perfect time to kiss her. Trust me when i have those moments i go in for the kiss and they never back away. Just try and meet up with her again. Just ask if she would like to go out and have lunch or just hang out. But when you do this remember to flirt (you may do this involuntary) because if you dont she may take it as just something to do with a friend. Wait for that moment to come or when you two are really close and you are both staring into each other's eyes
