What's up with my hand? Xx?

Lately I've been gettin this ting where my index finger and thumb get rele sore. It's sort if like wen I've bin playin with snow or saink. They get rele hot and red and I fink swollen, they go numb and a little tingly, I rele nt like it, it's just those 2. And I fink maybe it hapens if I'm holdin saink cold, I duno lol xxx
