Letters to Juliet movie really good but critics say..?

Letters to Juliet movie i just watched that i loved it ..good.when i checked the critics review they say its awful dumb bla bla..is it really a bad movie good r its more like critics mind set who love only the melodramatic slow movies...and bash this kinda movies...plse some one give me good idea abt this ....
