Is a Snoopy Snow Cone machine worth �400?

I decided to ring up the lady what sold me the Easy Bake oven for �300 and she offered to have it fixed if I mail it in. She said she will reimburse me the shipping costs if I purchase another product from her shop. She said the Snoopy Snow Cone machine is a steal at only �400 marked down from �700. Should I purchase it?
