Should marriage be legal at all?

If you want your partner to remain faithful and honest, you may as well get a "business partnership" with them rather than marry them. If things turn bad, a business partner cannot legally abandon you for another business partner, dip into the company funds without asking, or walk out with all the furniture and the copier. Marriage can't prevent those offenses... but a business breach of contract can mess them up good if they try it! lol
