Student Loan related questions?
Yes, you can do this. However, interest continues to accrue during deferment (except for subsidized loans) and you'll be paying out-of-pocket for your community college courses... wouldn't it be better to put that money towards your loans? This is why a lot of people find themselves in trouble when they realize there loans have doubled during deferment and now they really can't afford them -- yet there's nothing they can do. Yes you can earn an ociates degree after you've earned a Bachelor's degree... but, unless you're changing careers before you've even started it will serve you no purpose. An ociates degree holds slightly more value than a HS diploma to some employers... others require that your minimum education be a BS or BA.
