Cant turn on my samsung Tv?

i have a samsung ln t4671f flatscreen... When i hit the power on it clicks once to turn on. then clicks again shutting off. it clicks about 25 times before it will finally turn on and i can watch TV. it seems to be gettting worse cause it only started with 2-3 clicks
