What is a good antihistamine?

My allergist has put me on a couple of different steroids that do nothing. I still have to use 30 kleenexs a day and I am getting tired of this. I would think there would be an antihistamine out there that should stop this. So far OTC Benadryl allergy is the best thing I can find. Any suggestions?
