Rate this Yu-Gi-Oh deck?

Its a decent deck, but you should have 40 cards to get your cards out faster and finish them faster. You also should have more damage cards like dark blade, about 10 of your monsters should be 4 starred 1800+, about 5 should be 4 stars for effects such as penguin soldier (When penguin soldier is attacked you can send 2 monsters on the opponents side of the field back to their hand), then 5 should be STRONG sacrifice monsters such as Blue-Eyes White Dragon, and Gogigagagigo
