How many cles may I take online at University of Pennsylvania CGS online?

I have been on U of Penn's CGS homepage and looked at the courses offered online and have to admit they are quite sparse, especially for the fall semester. As active duty military, I hope to complete most of the courses for the degree online and then move to the campus and complete the rest of my degree to fulfill the residency requirement. Does anyone know how many courses are offered online, or are there only those four which are currently listed for the '09-'08 online course offerings? It doesn't have to be for this academic year specifically, but it just worries me that only four courses are listed as being available online this fall, and two of them are the same course. Any insight into this matter would be greatly appreciated- thank you!
