How can i make my hair grow in 1 week like really REALLY fast ?

dont give me the bs about how it isnt possible cuz i know it is... i just want some steps to follow and i have hair extensions but they are too thin now so yeah.... i take biotin pills to help and i need a hair cuz so im going in this weekend.... and it has been scientifically proven that you can make your hair grow faster so dont tell me its not..... but plz help i hate my hair being short and i hand it about the length of mid stomach/mid lower back.... and i cant afford the mira thingy
